Workshop participants will be grouped by age into either the Junior Kids (8-11 years), Senior Kids (12-16 years), or Adults (17+ years). Each group will run at different times over the three days, and then join for a 7pm performance on the Friday evening. This performance will showcase the three short plays that each group has individually rehearsed and developed with our excellent facilitators. We might even showcase some improv games too — they're always a laugh!
All performers arrive at 6pm on the Friday evening.

Sessions involve: discussing class norms and the workshop schedule, playing ice breaker games, getting to know one another, playing movement games, playing voice games, practicing character development, exploring emotions in drama, playing improvisation games, discussing tips for line-learning, reading the script, auditioning, and finally rehearsing the play! To keep everyone's energy up, we'll scatter drama games (which are full of giggles) all throughout the workshop. We will also have a 20-minute break in the middle of each session.
